Hiking equipment: we must take a multi-day backpack, a map, a specific shoes (sport shoes), a compass, water, food, a flashlight, a mobile phone, a rainwear, ect.

Trail description:

The trail starts in the way that goes up to the right of the quary “Los Marines”, near the national road. If we arrive in car we must do it from the direction Fuenteheridos-Aracena and take one of the access. Be careful because there is traffic.

The trail starts between chetsnuts and blockhead. Here we can find “Antirrhinum graniticum subsp onubensis”. We start the ascend between rock's walls with dense broken.

Somewhat later a dense thicket rife with corquesas and brooms next to power lines, appear oaks, squat with dafne...

coming up, the terrain is Limestone. To crown the post turn left down the trail. Continue between oaks, white rose, rosemary...

The trail ends when we reached a small outcrop of rocks one in the way. From there we look a nice owerview. The return is taking the same route.The itinerary we do it for a chestnut grove and an area of Mediterranean bustes of sunlight. Dolomites, linestones and sohists.

Additional information: you can also continue the way after finish the trail until arrive Linares and then, turn back the same trail.

Epoch and time frame recommend: spring and autumn. In winter is dangerous because of the rain and, sometimes, the snow.

Other activities: camping, hiking, doing a BBQ, exploring, etc.

Culture and landscape aspects: one of the most interesting aspects is the morphology of head-board of valley that observes towards shady of the “Saw Linares”. In any case the connotation litologic with the morphologic structure of this landscape is very marked. Between one and other one it saws, appearing as a few relatively depressed reliefs, they find the “esquistosas” rocks of minor competition. The litological conditions, as well as relief and of climate they gave place since we can see two differents types of soils...

Predominant flora, fauna and land: principally burds at such forest customs as the beak papinos, the royal wood pecker, shrill sparrow, charcoal, the cucko, sparrow-howks...
